West Carolina Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp franks hot sauce (or similar)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Thicken with corn starch
