Taco Potato Hot Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 lbs frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup 2% milk

Directions

  1. Brown 1 pound of ground beef, with one diced onion and a scoop of minced garlic in a hot pan.
  2. Add everything else. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
