Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in sauce pan (cold)
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. As it heats up, keep whisking until it thickens. Thickening will continue as it cools.
