Eating window goal (hours and timeframe): 7h. 11a to 6p.
Actual window (open and close time): 1:15p open. 7:15p close.
What went well?: I didn't have any issue through church. I was surprised about this.
What I need to work on: Being more careful about what I eat. Too many snacks today.
Any other thoughts: I did not feel well at the end of the day. I think I ate too much, between eating that small carton of ice cream, and a big bowl of kimchi soup... I don't know exactly what it was, but I think I need to chill out on eating quite as much after fasting. It's what I used to eat... I think I can't eat as much.
