Starting weight: 445.5lbs
After 28 days (Jan 6th), weigh again. Not between those timeframes.
Normally measurements are taken for bust, waist, hips, and thighs.
What is the "why"?
- It's because I want my clothes to fit better.
- I would like to be able to move around better.
- I would like to be able to fit better on airplanes and theaters.
- Reduce or completely eliminate pills in my life by reducing insulin levels.
I am aiming to have my glycogen levels depleted as quickly as possible, and I also want to start doing minor workouts during the day soon.
- Difficulty of todays fast from 1 to 10: 3 or 4 maybe.
- Eating window goal (in hours): 7
- Actual window (in hours): Open at 11:30a. Closed at 6:15p.
- What went well?: I was able to start eating slightly after the window that I was aiming for...
- What I need to work on: Not snacking as much between lunch and dinner.
- Any other thoughts: I wasn't able to get a proper dinner in, because I snacked too much. I feel like that may potentially cause some issues on my fast over the course of the next few hours. Hopefully I'm wrong!
