Difficulty of todays fast from 1 to 10: 4. It wasn't too bad, and I had to hold off until nearly 12:15 because of a doctor appointment.
Eating window goal (hours and timeframe): 11a to 6p. 7 hours.
Actual window (open and close time): Open at 12:15p. Close at 6:35p.
