Reading Thoughts

Fasting allows you to fully complete a digestion cycle, rather than having your body in a perpetual cycle of digestion. This probably helps you from not eating at night and having extra food in the gut, which supports the idea of increased gut health. It also makes sense that it causes some of the bodies natural immunities to boost because it has the time to do that, and not focus absolutely everything on constantly digesting. Which is a huge over arching system process.

In some ways this feels *too* easy. I feel like I'm doing too little, because when I eat, I eat and I don't worry much about what it is, other than focusing on eating nutrient dense food. It seems to be working so far. 

One thing that I have some trouble with is my mouth fixation. I like to be doing something idly, which often was filled with food, so I need to do something else in its place. My mouth also has a different flavor to it... I'm not sure what that is...
